Our Director has a Masters of Commerce (Advanced Finance) from UNSW, and achieved Director level at Macquarie Bank’s Real Estate and Investment Banking Groups in his 20’s, prior to establishing Crispins.

Start-up financing for the relaunch of Luna Park Sydney, for its new private owners. Complex security structuring with principal security sea-bed lease from the Luna Park Trust (NSW Government).

Brookwater, Springfield QLD

Senior debt and equity financing for Brookwater, a Greg Norman designed Championship Golf Course and entire residential suburb home to 3,000 residents, in the South East Queensland Growth Corridor. Clients Springfield Land Corporation, Lend Lease, Medallist and Great White Shark Enterprises.

NewActon South, Canberra City ACT

Equity and senior debt financing for NewActon South, a circa 200 apartment project in Canberra City which still holds many price records for apartment sales.

Nishi, Canberra City ACT

Senior debt and equity funding for the circa 40,000 sqm NIshi project in Canberra, which included circa 200 apartments, 20,000 sqm NLA office, a cinema and hotel. Funding was principally sourced from Investec Bank (South Africa) and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

The Capitol, Canberra City ACT

Crispins arranged a $72m senior debt facility from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for its own project, The Capitol Residences. The project comprises 207 apartments and ground floor retail with basement car parking located under a public park, acquired from the ACT Government.

Ingleburn Gardens Estate, NSW

Debt and equity financing for a multi-stage suburb (including built-form) in Sydney’s South West Growth Corridor, for developer Monarch Investments Group.
