Crispin’s Projects

The following projects are either owned or have been developed by Crispins.

The Grove : Weston ACT

The Grove is a new prestige development offering sixty-one 2, 3, & 4 bedroom residences in a rare and secluded garden setting.

The Grove is influenced by classic Californian architecture - unusually wide residences focussing on natural light, including multiple options that cater for single level living. The interiors reference West Hollywood's iconic Chateau Marmont Hotel - warm palettes and soft tones. All within a beautiful garden setting.

The project brings together an internationally acclaimed design team. Architects, DNA, were recently awarded the National award for Townhouse Architect of the Year (Housing Industry Association). Interior Designer Fiona Lynch has won countless national and international awards including multi-time winner of the Belle Interior Designer of the Year (Nationally).

The Grove will be an iconic development that will not be repeated.

205 Anketell Street : Greenway ACT

205 Anketell Street is a PCA A-Grade, 5-storey 6,000 sqm NLA building and 65 basement car parks purchased in late 2019.

The building is home to the Tuggeranong Campus of the Canberra Institute of Technology, and the Federal Electoral Office for Tuggeranong.  In September 2024 Crispins completed the conversion of these floors into 76 apartments which are operated by Veriu Group as hotel - Punthill Tuggeranong.

The building is held as a long term investment and is fully leased.

Endeavour House : 1 Franklin Street Manuka ACT

Endeavour House is a 4-storey, 2,700 sqm NLA refurbished boutique office building located in a prime position in Manuka, featuring triple street frontages and a leafy outlook.

The Capitol : 39 London Circuit City ACT

The Capitol Residences is a 207 apartment project located on London Circuit, in Canberra CBD.

The Capitol was completed in 2021 and is the first ‘full-service’ residential building in Canberra.  It features a concierge service, package delivery storage and cool-room, and is influenced by its international counterparts in Chicago, London, and New York.

The Capitol was designed by Architectus, interior designer Fiona Lynch, and Landscape Architect LSA Design.

The Prince : Kingston Foreshore ACT

The Prince is a 150 lakefront apartment project located at the Kingston Foreshore, which was completed in 2016.  It was the ACT winner of the Australian Property Institute’s Large Scale Property Development of the Year, and a National Finalist in the same award.

The Prince pays homage to the early red brick buildings of Canberra, with the facade made of natural bricks from the Bowral Brickworks, and has a private garden influenced by the commons of Notting Hill, UK.

The project was designed by architectus with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, and landscape by LSA Design,

Neon House : 8-10 Hobart Place, Canberra City ACT

8-10 Hobart Place is an 8-level, circa 4,600 sqm NLA office building located in Canberra’s CBD.

The building was refurbished in 2014 on a Development Management / partnership basis with its Hong Kong based owner.  The building featured Canberra’a largest ‘neon’ LED array, and was sold following completion of the upgrades.  The upgrades were designed by Peow Peow and Peckvonhartel.

National Archives of Australia : Greenway ACT

The National Archives of Australia in Tuggeranong was acquired in 2014, then leased to the Commonwealth of Australia. The site is a prime 2.6ha land parcel at the edge of the Tuggeranong Town Centre, with direct views to the Brindabella Ranges.

A DA was obtained for residential apartments and townhouses, and the site was sold successfully in 2017.

Curated Apartments

Crispins operated a collection of highly curated short-stay apartments from its own portfolio at Kingston Foreshore, Canberra City, and Woden ACT.  The apartments offered 5-star amenities and full executive service.  In 2024/25 the apartments were either sold or transitioned to long-term rentals.
